I spent seven years in practice helping to grow my local vets into a national brand before moving to oversee the marketing for over 350 small animal practices at one of the big corporates.

Now, as the founder of Practice Made Purrfect, I’m using the experience I’ve gained and the expertise of my team to support practices around the UK & Ireland.

I’m obsessed with learning about our industry and researching solutions to problems. I love making things better, growing practices, creating great workplaces and extending pets' lives by removing barriers to care.

I started my career as a journalist with the BBC before becoming a marketing copywriter in 2017. I ended up at Vetpartners in 2019, heading up their copywriting department – and also meeting Justin.

I freelanced for Practice Made Purrfect from the start, initially as a copywriter and increasingly as a project manager.

Since joining full time in 2023 I’ve been cutting my teeth as a marketing consultant, using all of the experience and knowledge I’ve picked up along the way to help our clients to fix their problems and achieve their goals.
